Camedia Security has moved into new premises at Olliver, just outside Richmond. Camedia, a local company with over 30 years experience in providing CCTV, alarm systems, remote monitoring services and access control, was previously based at Newton Aycliffe.
Lee Davies, managing director of Camedia, said the company had keen to find an office that was more central to its client base and core business area of County Durham and North Yorkshire.
"Olliver is the ideal location for our operation and the converted buildings give us the best of both worlds; a marvellous modern office in a beautiful rural setting - it is the perfect working place."
The Olliver development, which is owned and managed by Zetland Estates, was opened in May by the Duke of Gloucester and offers 21st century technology within a stunning rural location.
The 17,000 sq ft development, which was originally a farm, uses carbon neutral biomass to provide heating for all of the offices.
Lord Ronaldshay, of Zetland Estates, said: "We are delighted to welcome Camedia Security to Olliver.
"It is good to see local companies growing and prospering within our office developments, and we wish Camedia every success."
