PROJECT management and cost consultant Faithful and Gould has appointed seven members of staff after a surge in demand for its services in the North-East.
Senior health and safety consultant Glenn Hutchinson, who has joined the Newcastle office, will help to co-ordinate major construction works, and Anna Aikenhead is working on the £110m Sunderland Strategic Transport Corridor.
Paul Hutchinson also joins Faithful and Gould's ranks as a CDM co-ordinator and health and safety consultant.
Peter Jude has taken up the position of building surveyor in the Newcastle office, working on the £3m Institute for Hazard and Risk Research at Durham University, and Andrew Horsman has joined the firm's student placement programme.
Niina Kuusanniemi-Abbotts has taken up the position of assistant quantity surveyor in Stockton.
Newcastle-based trainee quantity surveyor Anthony Monaghan will also be working on several Northumbrian Water projects.
