Commercial space has become available at one of Harrogate's top out-of-town office developments.
The commercial team at Carter Jonas is acting as joint agents with Strutt & Parker in the letting of three suites at Central House, off Otley Road, owned by Commercial Estates Group.
Following advice from the agents, three units of around 4,000 sq ft have been created to allow medium-sized companies to take advantage of the development's high specification.
Commercial Estates Group is also undertaking a series of redevelopments at the Otley Road site over the next few months.
The company has just received planning consent to create a nursery on the site for 44 day-care children. The nursery is set to open in October 2007 creating an added benefit for prospective tenants.
Companies can also take advantage of the fully-serviced restaurant, health club and swimming pool, extensive car parking and 24-hour security. Software development company Erudine is the most recent company to take up tenancy at Central House.
Marketing manager Kim Sutherland said: "Central House offered Erudine everything it needed - high-spec office space partnered with great amenities and an excellent location.
"As a growing business we needed an environment that could adapt accordingly and the ability to tailor the office space to our own requirements was a huge advantage.
"Central House is a great place to do business and never ceases to impress our clients."
Other tenants include Vp plc, Skybet and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Head of commercial at Carter Jonas, John Webster, said: "Being able to offer such high-quality office space is key to attracting more businesses to the town.
"These suites are ideal for companies wanting to expand and take advantage of the prime location and excellent facilities at Central House."
