A FRENCH student has landed a job with project management company Hall and Partners.
YOLANDE GAERTNER was studying for a BSc (Hons) in Building Project Management at Northumbria University when she secured a work placement at the firm.
The Newcastle office of Hall and Partners was so impressed by her work, they offered her a permanent job.
Hall and Partners director Fred Cosgrove said the firm was delighted with her progress.
He said: "Yolande is the first foreign student we have had on placement and the combination of her degree course and her practical experience make her ideally suited to the projects she is working on.
