A COMPUTER services company has won a six-figure contract with a national training and recruitment firm.
Washington-based Knowledge IT has secured a £100,000 deal for two years to provide a hosted solution to Pinnacle People, which is employed by the Government to help get long term unemployed people back to work.
The hosting platform will be housed in one of the IT firm’s North-East data centres.
Belinda Kent, business manager for cloud and data centre solutions at company, said: “We spent a considerable amount of time with the client to understand their requirements to ensure that the solution met their business needs. The output is a complex server set-up underpinned by the high level of security required for a project of this nature.
“It was also necessary for us to integrate third-party systems within the solution, which we were more than happy to do.”
