A DIGITAL firm celebrating its second anniversary has increased its turnover from £3,500 to £25,000 a month.

Search engine optimisation firm Integrity SEO now hopes to recruit two PHP developers and has support from the DigitalCity Industry placement scheme at Teesside University to help.

The scheme offers small or medium sized businesses support to place a graduate employee in the digital field. It helps with recruitment costs and gives a 50 per cent subsidy against salary costs for 26 weeks, of up to £135 per week.

Managing director Kristin Atkinson, who founded the business in 2010, said: “The company has experienced significant growth from its beginnings when I identified a gap in the market for an SEO company which could offer a really personalised service and could execute campaigns that delivered significant returns on investment.

“Since then we’ve grown through exceptionally high client retention figures and by word of mouth.”
