DICKINSON Dees celebrated the achievements of 18 of its staff for their long service at the firm.

The employees have 340 years’ service between them and have reached various milestones of 15, 20, 25, 30 and even 45 years of continuous employment.

Senior partner John Marshall presented staff with gifts and champagne to celebrate the contribution they have made to the firm and social events have been arranged.

Mr Marshall said: “It is fantastic to be able to recognise the contribution of our long-serving staff, each of whom has played a key role in helping to shape the firm that we are today.

“Without them, we would be unable to provide the service we do for clients.”

Secretary Carol Peters- Jones said: “I cannot believe that it has been 15 years since I joined the firm, it feels like yesterday. The firm has grown a lot since I first started here and I feel proud knowing that I have played a role in its development.”

Long service awards were presented to Jackie Riley, Joan Young, Anne Taylor, Lisa Duffy, Kellie Law, Val Taylor, Kim Tate, Stephen Carrick, Carol Peters-Jones, Lee Dougherty, David Ferguson, Peter Maxwell, Lee Parbery, Bev Marshall, Ian Gallon, Gillian Anderson, Alison Hedgecock and Elspeth Moncrieff.
