A HAIR and beauty entrepreneur has fulfilled a long-held ambition by opening her own salon in the region.
Daniele Morris has recently opened the doors to Noir Hair and Beauty in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.
The 29-year-old has wanted to own her own place ever since studying at Ysatis Salon on Grange Road in Darlington before she spent six years as salon co-ordinator at Elite in Bishop Auckland.
Shes now pulled together the expertise of friends, hair stylists Kayla Forster and Helen Barry and beautician Jade Copelin, to run Noir Hair and Beauty full-time at St Cuthberts House on Aycliffe Business Park.
"Its something Ive always wanted to do," said Ms Morris from Aycliffe.
"Its an exciting new venture for me and Im delighted to bring Kayla, Helen and Jade on board to begin with.
"Wed like to think that, between us, well be able to offer a brand new and exciting all-round beauty service for boys and girls in Aycliffe and surrounding areas in County Durham.
"We have a lot of bookings coming through, which is an encouraging start."
