EACH of the main political parties will have the opportunity to outline their plans to help regional businesses at a Question Time-style event.
The event, organised by the Institute of Directors North- East, features local representatives from the Conservatives, Labour and Liberal Democrats.
Richard Elphick, the institute’s North-East chairman, said: “This promises to be a stimulating and enlightening debate, with the audience putting questions to the political line-up.”
Politicians taking part include Shadow Minister Lord Bates of Langbaurgh.
The event takes place on Thursday, at the office of Ward Hadaway, Sandgate, Newcastle, starting at 7pm.
