CONSTRUCTION firm Tolent said it wants to leave the AIM, saying the costs and management time needed to maintain the listing were not worth it.
The Gateshead-based company said requirements to provide trading updates for the market, which is the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies, were also ‘‘proving commercially disadvantageous in the current climate’’.
