A WEBSITE for trades people, which is the first of its kind in the North-East, has been launched.
The website, called ineeda tradesman.net provides a service where customers can post a job they need doing – and tradesmen will reply with quotes. The free site saves people spending time looking up tradesmen, and also provides a feedback system so customers can rate the quality of the job that is done.
Company director Daniel Taylor said: “Whether it’s a leaky tap or a full-house build, we hope to have the right tradesmen for everybody and everyone is on a level playing field, so the quotes will reflect the amount of competition out there.”
The first 1,000 people to register at ineedatradesman.net will be entered into a free prize draw.
Mr Taylor will be holding a demonstration in the Cornmill Centre, Darlington, tomorrow.
