AN IT company has secured a six-figure contract to develop a programme for the North-East Chamber of Commerce (NECC).
Perfect Image, based in Newcastle, has set up a customer relationship management system (CRM) which will help the organisation’s 4,000 members benefit from easier access to information from NECC and sister company NECC Training. It will also simplify the process for NECC staff to handle customer inquiries.
The programme was created by Perfect Image in liaison with the chamber, and involved consulting with seven departments including IT, marketing, international trade and accounts.
Michael Dawson, NECC head of systems, said: “We considered several software companies, but were particularly impressed by Perfect Image’s approach to providing us a unique, tailored solution.
“Collaboration was the key to delivering a product that was polished, refined and fit for purpose. The project was completed on time, on budget and to specification.”
