A LAP-DANCING club owner has gone into administration.
Gateshead-based Lookchart Limited is a subsidury of Tuxedo Princess owner Absolute Leisure, which went into administration 11 days ago.
Lookchart, which operates lap dancing bars and nightclubs in Yorkshire, has appointed Gerald Krasner and Andrew Haslam of Begbies Traynor as joint administrators.
The chain owned by the company includes the Purple Door, in Kingston-upon- Hull, and Doncaster, and the Attic lap dancing club, in Kingstonupon- Hull.
Mr Krasner said: “The directors closed the clubs in Kingston-upon-Hull on Thursday night, but the Doncaster club is continuing to trade. We are confident of finding buyers for the sites.
Like Absolute Leisure, Lookchart has been another victim of the challenging economic situation.”
