A MEDIA agency in the region has secured a marketing contract with the company that keeps Channel 4’s Big Brother contestants under observation.
Following Bosch Security Systems’ acquisition of North East CCTV manufacturer Derwent Systems last year, Rowntree Gordo has been appointed by Bosch to bring the company’s marketing materials in line with the parent company’s corporate identity.
Derwent Systems supplies a range of surveillance products including the MIC series of cameras made famous on Big Brother.
Creative director Juan Gordo said: “Injecting new ideas and creativity into design whilst staying true to a very strong identity requires the skills of an experienced team.
“It is great that a company of such high calibre and international presence like Bosch, has recognised that these skills are available in the North- East.
“I’m really excited by the opportunities the company has given us and am confident that this will continue to grow into a long and successful relationship.”
Rowntree Gordo was formed by co-directors Michelle Rowntree and Juan Gordo less than a year ago working as a PR, marketing and design agency.
The team has secured a client base including a world-leading engineering firm, a major blue chip electronics company, a local university, an established group of chartered accountants, a property developer, a sportswear manufacturer, a bathroom supplier and several new business start-ups.
