FACTORY workers have won an award that recognises their health and safety record for the second year in succession.
Employees at 3M Aycliffe will receive an award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), next month.
It is the second time the firm, which makes personal respirators on Aycliffe Business Park, County Durham, has won the RoSPA’s President’s Award.
The award is only given to UK firms which have maintained the RoSPA gold standard for occupational health and safety management systems.
