A TV 'Dragon' has been honoured at national awards for her contribution to business.
Crafter's Companion entrepreneur and Dragons' Den star, Sara Davies, was awarded the 'Outstanding Contribution' award at the 18th Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.
Mrs Davies said: "It doesn't matter how old you are, what sex you are or where in the country you are from, what matters is if you have a fantastic business idea and the drive, energy, passion and enthusiasm to make a success of it, you will go on to do that. I am beyond thrilled to be in the next chapter of my life and to get this recognition."
Richard Alvin, event director of the awards, said: “We know that these awards set a benchmark for excellence and entrepreneurship across the country it’s clear that Sara has used the momentum behind winning our SME award back in 2010 to rocket her journey of success."
