NEWCASTLE law firm Sintons acted for CC Projects in the £18m sale of Verulam Point, an office building in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
CC Projects is owned by the Church Commissioners - one of the country's largest land owners with more than £1bn of property under management.
The sale was led by Paul Liddle, partner in Sintons' Commercial Property Department. He has acted for the Church Commissioners in 18 transactions over the past three years.
Mr Liddle and Sarah King, a solicitor in Sintons' commercial property department, have also handled the granting of leases at two other Church Commissioners-owned buildings - Imperial House in London's Kingsway, and Mannings Heath Retail Park, in Poole, Dorset.
