EVERSHEDS has acted on behalf of the owners of a North-East business park which recently let its first premises to Newcastle Building Society, helping in the creation of 500 jobs. The Newcastle law firm represented Highbridge Business Park in its letting at Cobalt Business Park, in Newcastle. The building society has taken 50,000sq ft of the flagship Cobalt 21 building, and also took an option of the remaining 50,000sq ft.
Tenants including Orange and Procter and Gamble already occupy buildings at Cobalt.
