CONSTRUCTION consultant RNJ has secured contracts worth in excess of £15m.
The Newcastle company has been appointed by specialist retirement property provider Golden Living to work on five of its developments.
The first will be a 57-apartment retirement village in Guisborough Road, in Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, which is due for completion in June.
Among the other projects is a contract for 56 apartments in Haltwhistle, Northumberland.
RNJ will be acting as employers' agents, quantity surveyors, construction design and management co-ordinators on all of the schemes.
Alongside RNJ, the project team in Nunthorpe will include York architects Jenesson Associates and contractor Howard Rusell Construction Limited, of Newcastle.
