Laing O'Rourke has backed the campaign to plug the skills gap in the construction sector by taking on apprentices.
The company, which has a regional base on Teesside, is taking on two students from Middlesbrough College as joiners.
Laing O'Rourke is working with training promoter ConstructionSkills and the college - where it is carrying out construction work - to help provide chances for young people.
