A COMPANY selling bath and bodycare products has launched a recruitment drive in its bid to expand nationwide.

Fresh Deli is looking to employ area managers who will recruit and manage teams of agents operating across the UK.

The North Shields business, which started life four years ago on a Spanish market stall, is owned by Danielle Dunn and her brother, Shaun.

The pair are hosting a recruitment event at Ramside Hall, Durham, on September 7, from 10am until late.

Miss Dunn, who won the best newcomer category in the North-East Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2006 awards, said: "We are aiming to recruit a team of area managers who will be crucial in helping us to grow the business.

"They will then recruit and run their own teams of agents operating across the country.

"The area manager posts will be part-time and we are also on the look out for new party agents.

"It's an ideal job for mums or people with other commitments, because it offers flexible working.

"The recruitment event is open to anyone who is interested in finding out more."

Fresh Deli products are available online, through a "party plan" network and in ten Debenhams stores, including Oxford Street, in London, and the Metro Centre.

There are also Fresh Deli shops in New Green Market, Newcastle, and Hexham, Northumberland.
