A TRAINING and recruitment company has unveiled plans to double its number of offices and increase turnover by 150 per cent.

Premium People Recruitment Group, which together with sister company Premium People Development is based in Peterlee, County Durham, is in the process of opening a second office in Stanley, County Durham.

By January, the company wants to have launched a third office in the Tees Valley, followed by a fourth site in Newcastle in April.

Premium People specialises in recruitment for the industrial, commercial and contact centre sectors and recently opened a training centre at its Peterlee base.

Its office in Stanley will take the company's workforce to 16.

Founder and managing director Paul Boyes said: "We wanted to open a site in Stanley as we have a number of clients there and we wanted to be close to our customers and build on these relationships.

"Our customer base is growing rapidly and our training arm -Premium People Development -is winning, on average, four new clients a week.

"We are looking to expand our activities in commercial and technical sales over the next six months and grow professional services in the coming year.

"By May 2008, we will have doubled in size and our revenue will have grown by 150 per cent."
