A WEBSITE has been launched to help the public lobby businesses, politicians, primary care trusts - and world leaders.
Advocacy Online, which provides e-campaigning software, has established www.voiceyour views.net to help people kick-start campaigns via the internet.
The technology gives people the power to create and manage their campaigns as if they were a large organisation or charity.
The website lets the user customise aspects, from branding to the lay out and copy.
Protestors can track progress of each action they set up, analyse data collected and build an e-campaigning community.
Graham Covington, director of Advocacy Online, said: "Voice Your Views is powered by Advocacy Online's e-activist 2.0 software, which is used by many of the leading campaigning organisations."
Online campaigning, and e-petitions in particular, are proving popular - more than 1.7 million people signed up to a recent 10 Downing Street website petition on road tax.
