AN internet company in the North-East has become the first in the UK to be accepted into the Guild of Professional and Commercial Web Designers.
Darlington-based Geo-net Solutions has become a full member of the new body, set up to establish industry standards for businesses providing internet services.
Peter Bulloch, managing director of Geo-net Solutions, said: "A standard such as this, that ordinary business people can clearly understand, is long overdue."
