LAW firm Dickinson Dees has won another significant deal outside of the region, after being appointed to advise the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities on the preparation of a waste management strategy.
The three-year deal sees the Newcastle firm working with the body on the joint waste development document plan.
The planning and waste and environment teams from Dickinson Dees, which employs about 800 people at its offices in Newcastle and Stockton, will lead the project.
Libbie Henderson, from Dickinson Dees, said it was an important appointment for the firm.
"We are well placed to advise the association on all waste, environmental and planning aspects through to the adoption of the plan," she said.
