A business park in the region has attracted two tenants.
Office space at Yorkersgate, in Malton, North Yorkshire, has been let to home care business Simply the Best, and gaming software company XTALE.
Yorkersgate has undergone a £600,000 refurbishment programme to turn a former builder's yard into nine premises for retail, leisure, office and workshop use.
Six of the premises are occupied and another two are under negotiation. Other tenants include Tuis Thai restaurant, Bar Th13teen, and electrical contractor Mark Blades.
