LENDER HBoS has become the latest tenant of a £350m Teesside business development.
The firm has taken a 4,300sq ft office block on the Teesdale Business Park, in Stockton, which will become one of its administrative bases.
HBoS, which follows companies including Abbey and Dickinson Dees to the site, has based itself on the £10m Three Acres site, the latest 55,000sq ft phase of the business park. The company will move in early next year.
The Teesdale site is being developed by Terrace Hill, which also has a base on the park.
Martin Vickerman, of Terrace Hill, said the company was delighted by the move.
"This development has already attracted a considerable amount of interest from the financial and professional services sectors, which is, of course, extremely well represented at Teesdale," he said.
