NEW media company Fuseboxdesign is helping the North-East film industry compete with the best in the world by designing a website promoting the region's expertise.
The company, part of Newcastle architect Red Box Design, has created a site for Northern Film and Media to create commercial opportunities and promote the services the region has to offer nationally and internationally.
Included in the design of the site is a location service, which provides details of 70,000 landscapes and backdrops in the North-East that could be used in films or for television.
Sarah Linley, managing director of Fuseboxdesign, said: "The location service is a fantastic way to highlight the wealth of different sites available to film production companies, and we certainly hope that the development of the site will bring more films and television productions to the North-East.
