Category winners and finalists at Darlington Business Club Awards held at the Mercure Kings Hotel.
LOCAL businesses were recognised last week when they picked up a bevy of trophies and certificates at the inaugural Darlington Business Awards held by Darlington Business Club.
Spokesman, Patrick Masheder, said: “We felt it had been too long since Darlington and district businesses have been recognised at an awards ceremony and we decided the time was right to showcase Darlington’s fantastic firms.
“We’re hoping to build on this event and make it bigger and better every year.
“Our special thanks go to DTVA for sponsoring the event.”
