ENERGY efficiency provider Eaga has made its second acquisition this month and is moving closer to its target of having a £1bn turnover within three years.
The Newcastle company yesterday announced it had acquired JD Heating, which employs 200 people at its Birmingham base and has a turnover of more than £12m.
Eaga's total workforce is now more than 3,000.
The move comes only two weeks after Eaga paid an undisclosed sum for the White Horse Group, whose largest subsidiary company is heating provider Heat Energy and Associated Technology.
