A PRODUCT innovation company has received £800,000 of funding.
Newcastle-based Product Futures, part of Pure Insight Holdings, develops concepts and innovations before they enter the global marketplace.
The business has been given £330,000 by NorthStar Equity Investors, through its Co-Investment Fund, together with a £200,000 loan from NEL and £270,000 from management and angel investors.
Klaus Schnurr, who founded Product Futures, said: "We find the right product for the right customer at the right price, so that it sells and makes a profit."
Marion Bernard, chief executive of NorthStar, said: "We believe Pure Insight Holdings has fantastic potential for growth.
