A HOLIDAY company has announced flights from Durham Tees Valley Airport for summer 2014.
Balkan Holidays will be offering a peak season weekly flight to Bourgas in Bulgaria throughout August It marks a return to Durham Tees Valley by the company—news warmly welcomed by Chris Harcombe, Head of Aviation Development with airport owner Peel Airports.

The flights from Durham to Bourgas will serve main resorts including Sunny Beach and Golden Sands---prices include seven nights self-catering at the Summer Dreams Apartments in Sunny Beach, departing on August 25th from £441 per person, and there are great family deals as well, for example 14 nights all inclusive for two adults and two children, at the Hotel Pomorie at Sunny Beach, departing on August 18th for an all-in price of £1,986.

The announcement of the Balkan flights follow the recent news that Thomson will adding a new destination from Durham Tees Valley for summer 2014 lying to Ibiza as well as its well-established summer service to Majorca.
