A LAW firm has expanded its property development after recruiting a a specialist social housing team.

John Murray and Simon Thirtle will work on social housing at Ward Hadaway, in Newcastle.

The pair have previous experience in offering specialist advice to operators within the social housing sector, with Mr Murray working in housing law for 25 years and Mr Thirtle having experience of representing clients in court cases over injunction applications.

They will provide advice on legal services for housing management law, from licensees to shared ownership leases.

Ward Hadaway provides advice on large social housing development projects and specialist disabled schemes.
