BACK AT BORO: Fernando Amorebieta, pictured after scoring in last season's play-off win at Brentford
MIDDLESBROUGH have re-signed Fernando Amorebieta on a season-long loan from Fulham, with James Husband heading to Craven Cottage on a one-month loan arrangement.
Amorebieta made five Boro appearances after making a similar loan move in the second half of last season, and scored an all-important goal in the first leg of the play-off semi-final win over Brentford.
The 30-year-old will provide some additional cover at the heart of the back four and can also play in either full-back position if required.
Husband, who has been unable dislodge George Friend from the starting line-up since moving to Teesside from Doncaster, finished last season on loan at Fulham.
