Crook Town manager Brian Maitland feels his side squandered a golden opportunity to progress when they were held to a 2-2 draw by ten man Silsden.
Crook led 1-0 against ten men in West Yorkshire, but had to settle for a 2-2 draw and a replay at the Millfield on Wednesday.
“I would have taken a draw before the game,” said Maitland.
“But on reflection I’m disappointed with a draw. We had a great chance to go through to the next round, but we didn’t take it.
“We’ve still got a great chance of playing Spennymoor in the next round, and hopefully Silsden won’t fancy the trip and we’ll make a good account of ourselves.”
