SUNDERLAND are on the brink of signing Bradford striker Charlie Wyke.
Here is how fans of both sides have been responding:
Good luck to Charlie Wyke, done a good job for us, not going to wax lyrical because in the grand scheme of things he’s not been outstanding, just a good striker, we move on, interesting to see who the replacements are to go with our already very strong squad #bcafc

desperately wanting to see the, Charlie Wyke holding the #safc shirt pic, now #FinalPieceOfTheJigsaw

Football, it’s a matter of opinions. Wyke isn’t the top 5 strikers in our league.

Glad we're getting Wyke in, gives us the physical presence we need up top, I do worry about his injury record though, but we need another out and out striker in anyway to take pressure off Maja #SAFC

Maybe a winger to replace Mcmanaman. If we get Wyke I don't see the need for an additional striker. Same with left back, perfect season to blood Hume when James in injured. Plus Flanagan and Matthews can both cover

Gutted about Wyke. Great player, honest guy and always had time for the fans. He will tear it up at Sunderland. Good luck to the lad. #bcafc

Still need another striker after Wyke. Automatically promoted clubs have 3 strikers on 14+ a season each.

Charlie Wyke looks like the battering ram old school centre forward who will bully centreback creating space for midfield runners as Well as scoring goals #safc

IMO Wyke is a top top signing for this division #safc
