Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an alleged sexual assault near a North East university.
Northumbria Police said officers received a report of a woman being approached by a man on King’s Walk, near Newcastle University, between 7.20pm and 7.40pm, on Saturday (February 3).
A spokesperson for the force said: "The man was reported to have put his arms around the woman’s waist and touched her chest over her clothes multiple times, while she was filming a video with a friend.
"When the woman tried to walk away, the man held on to her arm and would not let go. She managed to break free and walked to her car with a friend before leaving the scene.
