A former County Durham pub and hotel has gone on the sale market for nearly £400,000 after closing its doors earlier this year.

The Manor House in Ferryhill, which shut its doors to loyal customers in July of this year, has appeared up for sale via several online estate agents.

The large venue, which also includes rooms and owner accommodation, as well as a beer garden area, is hoping that it can return to its days as a pub, and has now been spotted on Rightmove and Zoopla for £395,000.
