A North East man has been fined and disqualified in court after he was caught driving while using a mobile phone.
Terence Frances, 54 of Pease Street, Darlington had his case heard at North West London Magistrates Court on Wednesday, June 14.
He was caught on February 25, 2022 using a mobile phone while behind the wheel as he drove down Penton Rise and Camden.

Frances was fined £220 for the offence and was disqualified from driving and holding a licence for six months.
He was also given six penalty points on his licence.
The 54-year-old was also made to pay £34 to victim services and £110 in court costs.
