A mother with a baby in a pram was sexually harassed by a man in Northallerton this morning - and police are now on the case to track the suspect down.
At about 6.50 am this morning, a woman was walking with her young child in a pushchair along Ainderby Road towards Romanby, close to the junction with Chantry Road, when a man made inappropriate sexual comments towards her.
The suspect then allegedly followed the woman on foot for about 15 minutes, before he ran up behind her, touched her inappropriately, and ran off down a footpath to Ainderby Gardens.

"We are urging anyone with information that could assist the investigation to come forward – particularly if you saw a man matching the suspect’s description, or if you have CCTV, video doorbell or dashcam footage that may have recorded anything.
