A number of postcodes in the North East have won thousands of pounds in the postcode lottery over the last week (from May 26 to June 2). Check to see if you have won a small fortune below.
Areas of the North East including Darlington, Gateshead, Newcastle, and Morpeth have all been selected for the £1,000 jackpot.
The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which aims to raise money for charities while also bringing cash prizes to homes across the UK.
This week's winning postcodes are:
- DH7 0QS - Lanchester, Durham
- NE9 6RR - Gateshead, Cranesville
- YO62 6TS - Spaunton, North Yorkshire
- DL3 9FD - Darlington, County Durham
- DL1 2LH - Darlington, Durham
- NE61 1HZ - Morpeth, Northumberland
- NE12 7ER - Newcastle, Tyne and Wear

The People’s Postcode Lottery costs £10 a month to play and there are guaranteed winners every day.
People play with their chosen postcode and are automatically entered into all draws.
A minimum of 33 per cent of each ticket goes to charity and players have raised more than £950 million for over 9,000 charities and good causes since 2005.
