PLANS have been submitted to Durham County Council to refurbish a cottage.
The proposals include the refurbishment and alterations of existing cottage; conversion of the attached byres to habitable accommodation; single-storey extension; creation of a new vehicular access and landscaping works; and re-roofing and replacement of existing external windows and doors, at Wood Edge Cottage, Aukside, Middleton-in-Teesdale, Barnard Castle.
