A LUXURY spa hotel has applied to Durham County Council to convert three ground floor rooms into three en-suite bedrooms.
Seaham Hall Hotel, in Seaham, County Durham, plans to convert an informal dining room, meeting room and satellite kitchen.
Each room has undergone various decorative alterations and refurbishment since Seaham Hall’s changed to a hotel with very little period features left within the rooms.

Each has a modern suspended ceiling which accommodates air conditioning units, power and lighting and various plant.
Non-original decorative finishes have been used added to the dining and meeting room consisting of a variety of different material including timber panelling, tiled and mirrored walls.

The flooring is fully carpeted throughout.
The service kitchen has been clad with washable UPVC throughout with washable commercial kitchen flooring.
Externally, the external fabric and window arrangement to each room remains unchanged and retains the single-glazed, timber framed windows.
