Thousands have food lovers have decscended on a County Durham town this weekend to sample tasty treats.
The weather may have been a little damp, but that didn't stop the crowds turning out in force for the Bishop Auckland Food Festival, on Saturday and Sunday.
And our photographer, Sarah Caldecott, was there to capture the sights, sounds and smells of the bustling market place.
The County Durham market town has become a foodie-haven for one weekend every year.
An array of street stalls dotted around Bondgate and the Market Place spread the aroma of culinary delights from all corners of the globe.
Foods and drink to suit all tastes were on offer at 140 stalls, with demonstrations and ‘have a go’ workshops in the Town Hall, led by catering chefs at Bishop Auckland College.
