Director and Auctioneer Paul Bridgeman said: “Although needing improvement, this property remains a solid purchase and it will be interesting to see what the plans of our purchaser are.
“We had excellent interest is this house, in part due to its good location, within a mile of the River Tees and the Riverside Stadium (home of Middlesbrough FC), as well as shops, amenities, retail park and supermarkets.”
Situated east of the town centre, the property is in a mainly residential area with a few commercial premises nearby and a gas heating system via radiators, mostly double-glazed windows and yard to rear.”
