A Durham motorist has been heavily fined after failing to pass on information to the police about who was driving a vehicle that was alleged to be involved in a motoring offence.
Andrew Edward Rolf, of Windsor Drive, Stanley, was fined over £1000 in court after he pleaded guilty to two offences relating to not passing on information to the police.
According to court documents, Rolf, 35, was stopped in Spennymoor by officers from Durham Police on July 8, 2022, but failed to give over details relating to the identification of the driver of a Range Rover.

Court documents say that he will pay £40 instalments from February 2.
