A LADIES tug-of-war team helped out after a motorist crashed into a hedge.
The driver was uninjured in the incident at Whixley, near Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, on Thursday evening.
North Yorkshire Police tweeted that the motorist was lucky that a farmer with a tractor and a ladies' tug of war team was nearby to help out.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said crews from Knaresborough and Harrogate called attended the incident.
"On arrival, crew dealt with a single vehicle into a hedge.
"All occupants were out of the vehicle on arrival of fire and rescue crews and there were oo injuries. Crews made the vehicle safe before leaving the scene."
