THE sister of a missing father has made an emotional appeal for information 18 months after he disappeared.
Paul Kerrison, 31, of Eston, near Middlesbrough, was last seen in New Marske on October 25, 2014, near to the junction of Longbeck Lane and Grewgrass Lane in New Marske.
The father of a six-year-old son suffers from epilepsy and requires regular mediation.
His family, including his parents and brothers and sisters, have bravely faced the media on several occasions in a bid for information.
Now his half-sister, Becky Kerrison, has spoken to The Northern Echo exactly 18 months since the young father disappeared. She said: "Every single day you think; 'is today going to be the day we find out.' I know the police have stopped looking but I'm not going to, I'm not going to give up on Paul. None of us are.
"Even walking around Eston if you glimpse someone with his build for a single second you think, 'is it him.' As time goes by, we've all accepted we might not get Paul back the way we want but we still want to know. If anyone knows anything or has any information that they might not even think is important, please, please contact the police."
Previously the family, who care for Mr Kerrison's son, have described their life without Paul as "a living hell." They believe he may have tried to walk home cross country.
Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland Police on the 101 number.
