A TEENAGER who was found hanged may not have intended to end his life, a coroner ruled today (Thursday, May 14).

At a two day inquest at Harrogate Magistrates Court coroner Rob Turnbull gave an open conclusion into the death of 13-year-old Alex Paylor, who died on June 2, 2014 at the home of his foster parents near Ripon, North Yorkshire.

Mr Turnbull said he could not be sure Alex understood his actions would result in the end of his life.
