Tickets have now gone on sale for a popular rock band’s warm-up show at a North East venue later this month.

James have announced they will be playing at the Stockton Globe on May 31 ahead of their upcoming UK Arena Tour.

A Stockton Globe spokesperson has confirmed tickets for the show are now on sale via their website.

The upcoming Teesside show will feature songs such as ‘Come Home,’ ‘Sit Down’ and ‘Laid.’

This comes after the band released their latest studio album ‘Yummy,’ which has since reached number 1 on the UK album charts.

A spokesperson for the Globe said: “James have recently announced a new live show at Stockton Globe on 31 May 2024.

“The well-known Mancunian rock band have just released their 18th studio album Yummy, which went to number 1 on the UK album charts.

“Following this warm-up show, James head out on their biggest ever tour in June, playing across the UK including the new Co-Op Live arena in Manchester and culminating at London The O2 on 15 June, the first time the band have played the 20,000-capacity venue.”

The band were last seen performing in the North East last year at Darlington Arena.

The forthcoming tour includes a date at the Newcastle Utilita Arena on Wednesday, June 5.
